i received phone call from hua yin on sunday morning~
she called me to bake a cake for chaifen and sarah bday on the merdeka day~
so yea,at the afternoon,i went together with her to her granny's house to bake the cake.

lolx~she bake twice before and i never.
On that day,we bake 2 cakes~one is for b'day girls and another one is for "experimental use" XD
we took out all the tools and started off with differentiating the sponge powder...
the baking process is easy but putting the cream is extreamly HARD.
i think on that day we make the cream for 4 or 5 times.
at 1st the cream was fine,it is easy to apply but when i started to do the icing part,the cream Melt!!
we have to take away and pour away all the cream that we did previously and do another round.
it come out nicely but after a moment,it started to melt again ,luckily the first icing part is done but the remaining cream is hard to put on another cake and i get so pissed off to just simply put it on the "experimental use" cake.so it looked very ugly,uneven surface.Huayin help me to reapply the cream again and at last it look better then what i did.

is a long process and im not patience enough.
we started at 3 and finished at 9pm.
it was so hot and tiring~we 2 have a joke~if during the celebration,anyone who don't give a damn on our works~hmph hmph!!!!then we will "fan nian"~lolx
of course laa~its a joke only.i had tried the experimental cake~it was ok,just the look is so.....
hahaha~
anyway,this is quite a good experience.
i never been in a kitchen for so long to prepare food.never!!
thanks huayin for teaching me~hopefully they will like it~the cake have been kept for 2 days~
i hope it still fresh to taste.=.=
